The location of the hotel was great once we found it. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
There was nothing I didn't like.

- very well placed according to the principal touristic points, tram and metro station (Aksaray-200 m). -quiet street (behing the principal big known street)- friendly staff and helpfull, -clean room ( they gathered the clothes and the garbage left after us), - the internet was working properly
-no restaurant and bar, - poor but satisfactory breakfast ( the same options every day)_ -we could hear what was happening in the other rooms.

Spent my new year at this hotel and overall it was a great experience! the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay and offered some fantastic amenities like free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.
The walls were a little too thin and noise from outside and inside could be heard throughout the night, making it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room could have been cleaner - I found a few things left behind by previous guests.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the free Wi-Fi that was offered throughout the hotel. This made it easy to stay connected and plan our activities for the day.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not satisfactory. The sheets and towels were stained, and there was a lingering smell of smoke.
